Author Fee
To support a sustainable, high-quality, and timely publication process, Ephemeris Administrativa Commercialis (EAC) applies publication fees at specific stages of manuscript processing.
The publication fees are structured as follows:
- Peer Review Fee: USD 50 (payable after the manuscript successfully passes the initial editorial screening and proceeds to the peer-review stage).
- Copyediting Fee: USD 50 (payable after the manuscript has been formally accepted and enters the copyediting and production stage).
- Publication Fee: USD 50 (payable prior to the final publication of the accepted article).
The total publication cost for accepted manuscripts is USD 150.
The fees support the following publishing services:
- Editorial management and manuscript processing;
- Administration of the double-blind peer-review process;
- Professional copyediting and language editing;
- Layout editing and typesetting;
- DOI registration;
- Online publication and dissemination;
- Digital archiving and long-term preservation;
- Indexing and metadata management.
Payment of the Peer Review Fee does not guarantee acceptance for publication. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of their originality, scholarly quality, methodological rigor, academic significance, and compliance with the journal’s editorial and ethical standards through an independent double-blind peer-review process.
The Copyediting Fee and Publication Fee are charged only for manuscripts that have been formally accepted by the Editorial Board.
Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Editorial Office at the appropriate stage of the editorial process. All fees are non-refundable once the corresponding editorial, review, or production process has commenced.
Through a transparent publication fee policy, Ephemeris Administrativa Commercialis (EAC) seeks to ensure the sustainability of its publishing operations while maintaining rigorous editorial standards, professional production quality, and unrestricted global access to high-quality research in business administration, management, organizational studies, entrepreneurship, and commercial research.
