Focus and Scope

Iustitia is devoted to the development of rigorous scholarship in law, political science, and international studies. The journal publishes original research articles, conceptual analyses, comparative studies, policy reviews, and interdisciplinary research that examine the relationships between legal norms, political institutions, and global governance structures.

The journal welcomes contributions in areas including constitutional law, criminal justice, civil law, administrative law, human rights law, legal philosophy, public policy, governance studies, political theory, electoral systems, democratization, international law, diplomacy, global security, conflict resolution, regional integration, and transnational cooperation. Submissions must demonstrate strong theoretical grounding, methodological clarity, and relevance to contemporary legal and political developments.

By encouraging doctrinal analysis, normative inquiry, empirical political research, comparative approaches, and interdisciplinary frameworks, Iustitia seeks to promote critical understanding and constructive solutions to legal and political issues. Published quarterly in February, May, August, and November, the journal is committed to advancing justice-based scholarship and strengthening the role of law and politics in shaping a stable and cooperative international order.
