This study examined associations between family support, healthcare accessibility, cadre roles, and mothers’ attendance at integrated health posts (Posyandu) in Kebon Kosong Urban Village during January–March 2026. An analytical quantitative study employed an observational cross-sectional design involving 106 mothers of children under five, selected through proportional random sampling. Structured questionnaires measured family support, accessibility, perceived cadre roles, and attendance regularity; Posyandu registers supplied supplementary attendance records. Regular attendance was defined as at least three visits during the study period. Data were processed using Jamovi and analyzed descriptively and through Pearson’s chi-square tests, with continuity correction for cadre roles. Of the respondents, 74 (69.8%) attended irregularly and 32 (30.2%) attended regularly. Low family support was reported by 49.1%, low accessibility by 61.3%, and less-active cadre roles by 76.4%. Attendance was significantly associated with family support (p = 0.002) and accessibility (p < 0.001), but not with perceived cadre roles (p = 0.141). The cadre-role odds ratio was 2.24 (95% confidence interval: 0.883–5.71). These findings identify household support and practical access as relevant correlates of attendance. Interventions should prioritize family engagement and feasible service arrangements. The cross-sectional design precludes causal inference and supports further assessment of barriers to regular preventive child-health visits.
