Focus and Scope

Ephemeris Serena Populus et Doctrina (ESPD) is an international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research that advances knowledge in the fields of social sciences, humanities, and education. The journal provides a scholarly platform for disseminating original research articles, conceptual papers, empirical studies, systematic literature reviews, case studies, policy analyses, and theoretical works that contribute to the development of educational theory and practice, humanistic inquiry, and social transformation.

The scope of the journal encompasses studies that examine educational, social, cultural, and humanistic phenomena from multidisciplinary perspectives within the domains of social sciences, humanities, and education. Research published in the journal includes, but is not limited to, curriculum and instruction, educational management and leadership, teacher education, educational technology, educational assessment and evaluation, lifelong learning, civic education, sociology, anthropology, psychology, communication studies, cultural studies, linguistics, philosophy, history, community development, gender studies, media studies, social policy, and other interdisciplinary studies that strengthen the understanding of educational processes, social dynamics, cultural development, and human behavior.

The journal also welcomes interdisciplinary research that integrates perspectives from education, social sciences, and humanities with relevant approaches such as public administration, economics, digital transformation, governance, culture, and sustainable development, provided that these perspectives are employed to address educational, social, or humanistic issues rather than constituting independent disciplinary discussions.

Submissions are expected to demonstrate originality, scientific rigor, methodological soundness, ethical research practices, and meaningful contributions to the advancement of educational scholarship, social development, cultural understanding, public policy, and evidence-based practices that respond to contemporary societal challenges at local, national, regional, and global levels.
