Author Guidelines

Submission Procedure

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS). Authors are required to register prior to submission and carefully follow all instructions provided within the OJS platform. Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned to the authors for revision before proceeding to the peer-review stage.

Manuscript Format

Manuscripts must adhere to the following formatting requirements:

  • Paper size: A4, single-column layout

  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides

  • Line spacing: Single spacing (1.0)

  • Maximum length: 20 pages (including tables, figures, and references)

  • Font: Times New Roman

    • Main text: 11 pt

    • Tables, figures, and references: 11 pt

    • Headings: 12–14 pt (depending on heading level)

Title, Abstract, and Keywords

  • Title: Written in English, maximum 12 words, concise and reflective of the manuscript’s content.

  • Author Information: Author names must be written without academic titles. Institutional affiliation and a valid email address are required for each author.

  • Abstract: Written in English, with a maximum of 200 words. The abstract should clearly present the research background, objectives, methodology, main findings, and conclusions.

  • Keywords: Up to five keywords that accurately represent the core topics of the manuscript.

Article Structure

1. Introduction (15–20%)

The introduction should present the research background, problem formulation, research objectives, significance of the study, and a concise review of relevant literature within the field.

2. Methodology (10–15%)

This section should describe the research approach, data sources or participants, sampling techniques (if applicable), data collection procedures, and analytical methods employed in the study.

3. Results and Discussion

This section presents the research findings and provides a critical discussion in relation to relevant theories, empirical evidence, contextual considerations, and previous studies in the field.

4. Conclusion

The conclusion summarizes the key findings, outlines theoretical and practical implications, acknowledges study limitations, and provides recommendations for future research.

References

  • In-text citations and reference lists must follow APA Style (7th Edition).

  • At least 80% of the references should have been published within the last 10 years. Priority should be given to peer-reviewed journal articles, academic books, and other reputable scholarly sources.

  • The use of reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote is strongly recommended to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Review Articles

Review articles should include the following sections: Introduction, Theoretical or Conceptual Framework, Critical Analysis or Discussion, and Conclusion. Review manuscripts must demonstrate strong analytical depth, originality, and clear relevance to the journal’s focus and scope.

Submission Checklist

Before submitting a manuscript, authors must ensure that:

  • The manuscript complies fully with these Author Guidelines;

  • The work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere;

  • All references are complete and formatted according to APA Style (7th Edition);

  • Tables, figures, and illustrations are clearly presented, properly numbered, and cited in the text;

  • Necessary permissions have been obtained for any third-party materials, where applicable.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
