Focus and Scope

Lex Recta: Journal of Law and Normative Justice is committed to advancing normative and doctrinal legal research. The journal publishes original research articles, conceptual papers, statutory analyses, judicial commentaries, and comparative doctrinal studies that examine legal norms through systematic and principled interpretation.

The journal welcomes contributions in constitutional law, criminal law, civil law, administrative law, commercial law, human rights law, Islamic law, environmental law, international law, and other branches of legal doctrine. Submissions must demonstrate strong legal reasoning, coherent argumentation, authoritative references to statutes and case law, and a clear normative position.

By emphasizing doctrinal methodology, statutory interpretation, legal reasoning, and normative critique, Lex Recta seeks to strengthen the tradition of principled legal scholarship and contribute to the development of just, consistent, and responsive legal systems. Published quarterly in March, June, September, and December, the journal maintains a sustained commitment to promoting justice-based legal research worldwide.
